With all the numbers now consolidated, we want to share another achievement with you: the results of the 2024/2025 planting season, reflecting the strength of our collective work in ecological restoration!
During the last rainy season, we advanced the Araguaia Biodiversity Corridor with 590,000 native trees planted, resulting in 244 hectares already under restoration.
These results were made possible through joint efforts. We produced 146,000 seedlings in our nursery in Santana do Araguaia (Pará) and acquired 2,429.6 kg of forest seeds for direct sowing. Almost all seeds came through Ressemear, a seed network mobilized by us that provides supplementary income for around 50 families in Santana do Araguaia (PA), Caseara (TO), and Marianópolis (TO).
With these numbers, we surpassed our goal, reaching 1.2 million native trees in development and 626.81 hectares under restoration in the Araguaia Biodiversity Corridor since the start of the project.
This achievement was only possible thanks to the partnerships we have built — both rural and institutional — and our team, committed to transforming the Araguaia Biodiversity Corridor into an example of how environmental conservation and agricultural production can go hand in hand.
Together, we are making a difference! Every tree planted and every action taken is an important step for the future.
