Para trabalhadores que executam tarefas pesadas, ter no\u00e7\u00f5es de ergonomia \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel para assegurar que o esfor\u00e7o n\u00e3o resulte em dores e les\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A ergonomia interfere diretamente no funcionamento externo do nosso corpo. O programa \u00e9 composto por 8 m\u00f3dulos, com a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de dois m\u00f3dulos por m\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o per\u00edodo, foram realizados os dois primeiros m\u00f3dulos de treinamento. O primeiro, com o tema \u201cDISC e Autoconhecimento\u201d, ocorreu no formato online e abordou os estilos comportamentais, seus impactos na lideran\u00e7a, bem como a import\u00e2ncia do autoconhecimento para a tomada de decis\u00f5es, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o de pessoas, com reflex\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas aplicadas \u00e0 realidade da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O segundo m\u00f3dulo, realizado de forma presencial, teve como tema \u201cConversas Dif\u00edceis e Feedback na Pr\u00e1tica\u201d, com foco no desenvolvimento da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o assertiva, condu\u00e7\u00e3o de conversas desafiadoras e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de feedback construtivo, incluindo exerc\u00edcios pr\u00e1ticos e simula\u00e7\u00f5es baseadas em situa\u00e7\u00f5es reais da
